Barbara J. Ehresman, President/CEO		Barbara started her Career with B&K in Pontiac in 1992 with her husband Kenneth. Barbara received her Degree in Computer Science in 1999 from Heartland Community College while being a full time mother and business owner. Along with her Degree, Barbara has been responsible for steering B&K Technology Solutions Inc. into the emerging market of E-Scrap Collection and Processing since 2004. Her drive and ambition to build a Responsible Recycling company has created many jobs and continues to make a positive impact on the community and environment ATR operates in.
Kenneth D. Ehresman, Director of Operations		Kenneth started his Business Career in 1992 with B&K Technology Solutions as partial owner and operator after his 10 year Career in the US Armed Forces. While in the military, Kenneth attended various electronic schools achieving such honorable mentions as distinguished graduate for academic performance. Since returning to civilian life, Kenneth has held a wide range of Sales and Operations roles at both B&K as well as ATS in Peoria Il. Kenneth brings 30+ years of IT and Electronics knowledge to ATR and has enabled ATR to become an Technology leader in Asset Recovery Services.
Alan Gray, Account Manager		Alan joined ATR first quarter of 2009. Currently Alan is our Account Manager as well as Managing our internal Refurbishment and Remarketing Team. Alan brings over 15 years of I/T experience to the team and has previously been in the role as a Regional Manager for I/T Infrastructure Support and Account Manager for multiple Fortune 500 companies. Alan brings along his experience from the U.S. Air Force as well as the Department of Energy, he also has 10 years of Graphic Arts experience working in Desktop Publishing. He enjoys Hunting, Fishing and Golf in his spare time.
Ray Magee, Sales Executive		Ray Magee returned to Advanced Technology recycling in April 2010. In his role, Magee oversees Sales as an Account Executive, providing relationship driven sales to the corporate sector throughout the Midwest region. Prior to joining ATR, Ray has 15 years of experience in business to business sales. Working for an import/export company near Los Angeles, CA selling to the Mass retail and Grocery Industry has provided him experience in domestic and international sales. Born and raised in Southern California, Ray graduated from California Lutheran University with a BA in Finance.
Jen Aldred, Asset Recovery Manager		Jen Aldred joined ATR in January of 2011 after a 20-year career in the printing and prepress industry. In 2008, she earned an Associate in Microcomputers in Office Management at Heartland Community College. As an Executive Manager, Jen oversees the Asset Recovery team which remarkets electronic equipment and components that have not reached end-of-life status. Jen was born and raised in Central Illinois.
Kenny Ehresman, Site Manager		Kenny Joined ATR in 2006 and has held various positions from I.T. Technical Positions to Site Operations. Kenny achieve both Comptia A+ certifications as well as other industry certifications such as Xerox and Dell. Kenny is currently responsible for site operations at remote locations thorough ATR's remote collection/processing facilities.
